The system has an integrated machine learning functionality for advanced automated emailing, structuring and standardizing data aggregated from incoming emails and external job portals, proposing most relevant candidates and vacancies, etc.

This platform is aimed at the needs of EU-based small and medium-size businesses; thus, it is easy to monetize with such business models as membership or subscription. The system ensures a regular filling database with relevant vacancies to increase the number of clients and job seekers as well as enhance user experience and brand loyalty in both B2B and B2C sectors.

The end-users see this product as a website built with React.js and two native mobile applications for Android and iOS developed in Kotlin and Swift respectively. However, it has a complex back-end that includes data scraping functionality, content management system, advanced reporting, automatic emailing, etc. Using extensive technical possibilities of Python, we integrated machine learning for data gathering, structuring, and analyzing. It allowed making vacancy posting and job seeking processes as automated as possible for our client and most convenient for their partners and customers. The product has integrated cloud solutions to ensure fast processing and validation speed and the capability to handle relatively large amounts of data.
